Bill Peña brings more than two decades of global retail and consulting experience to Global Solutions Brands. As former President of Home Depot’s South America region, he led large-scale operations, market development initiatives, and cross-border expansion efforts that shaped retail growth across the region.

Building on that foundation, Bill has consulted for leading global manufacturers, advising them on market entry strategies, retail positioning, and providing solutions in preparation for international expansion. His work includes working with leading executives of Fortune 500 companies, helping organizations understand the complexities of international distribution channels and identifying global consumer trends.

Throughout his career, Bill has established strong relationships with senior decision-makers across Big-Box DIY home improvement chains, giving him deep insight into category expectations, marketing dynamics, and the operational standards required to succeed in these channels. His extensive international background and hands-on experience have enabled countless brands to be introduced into new markets, strengthen their competitive position, and expand globally with confidence.
